Lauren Rose is a Level 3 qualified personal trainer in Aberdeen, specialising in injury rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, and pre and post natal training. Based at PureGym Aberdeen Altens, she serves clients across Aberdeen, Altens, Cove Bay, and Nigg — from first-time gym-goers to women rebuilding after injury or childbirth.
